Who We Are
4 Corners Community School is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit homeschool cooperative founded in 2022, serving North Florida families and online homeschoolers. This policy explains what information we collect through 4cornerscommunityschool.org and how we use it.
Information We Collect
When you fill out our contact, enrollment, or newsletter forms, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, and any message you send. If you become a member or make a donation, our payment processor collects the billing information needed to complete your transaction.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, process enrollments and donations, send newsletters and community updates you’ve requested, and coordinate events and activities. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Payments
Membership dues and donations are handled by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Your full card details are entered directly with the processor and are never stored on our servers. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Email & Communications
Newsletters and transactional messages are sent through our secure email platform. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You may still receive essential messages related to an active membership or a registration you’ve made.
Children’s Privacy
We are a children’s enrichment organization, and we take children’s privacy seriously. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13; enrollment and account information is provided by a parent or guardian. Photos of students are only used with a signed photo release.
