About These Terms

These terms govern your use of 4cornerscommunityschool.org and your participation in the programs, memberships, and events of 4 Corners Community School, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By using our site or enrolling, you agree to these terms.

Membership

Membership is billed monthly at the rate shown at sign-up ($45/month plus $5 per additional child). Membership grants access to activities, events, and member perks as described on our site. Perks and activities may change as the program grows.

Billing & Renewal

Memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your membership at any time through the Manage Subscription portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund a month already begun.

Refunds

Membership dues are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Event tickets and materials fees are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by us, in which case we will offer a refund or credit. Donations are non-refundable and, where applicable, tax-deductible.

Events & Conduct

Our gatherings are family spaces built on our motto — “Kind hands. Kind words. And kind actions.” Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at events. We reserve the right to ask anyone whose conduct is unsafe or disruptive to leave.

Photo Release

Photos and video are sometimes taken at our events for newsletters and community materials. Images of students are only used where a photo release has been provided. Let us know in writing if you prefer your child not be photographed.

Donations & Tax-Deductibility

4 Corners Community School is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; we will provide an acknowledgment for your records. Consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or membership after an update means you accept the revised terms.
